Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content, based on the principle that offering the public free access to academic research contributes to a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Publishing Fee or Article Processing Charge

Our goal is to provide a meeting space as wide and open as possible for all those who are dedicated to the study of war and the military. Consequently, in order to make publishing with us as easy as possible, we will waive all sorts of publishing fees for article processing and reviewing, knowing that they only contribute to reinforcing certain forms of hierarchy and elitism within the academic world.
